Project Description
The challenge was to integrate the all the electrical service requirements into such a design ‘sensitive’ space with the simple usability that is required in a dynamic office space. KNX delivered a comprehensive solution from simple lighting control to the more complicated control of HVAC, AV, Window Blinds and Security/Access Control.
- Visualisation & Display – All functions are controlled via 4x ABB Busch-Comfort Touch panels
- Lighting – KNX control of all luminaires by constant brightness and motion
- Windows – NV Comfort from WindowMaster regulates and adjusts internal air quality using an intelligent, computer-controlled system that harnesses the natural forces created by temperature differences outside and inside the building and by the effect of wind around the building.
- Blinds – Venitian blinds lift and tilt to provide brightness control and privacy
- Security – Jung Door Communication Management system
