Entry

Choose between 3 different configuration options, numeric keypad, single call button, or labeled call buttons.

Entry makes installation simple with no need for accounts to be created or subscription plans to be set up. Entry might be the entry-level model, but there's no plastic in sight as this unit is made from aluminium and tempered glass for longevity and a premium aesthetic.

Video Kits

All the technical specification of a video door entry solution, with a premium finish and at a budget friendly price in one simple kit - with no plastic in sight. Choose between a 7-inch or 10-inch outdoor monitor, and between a call button or numeric keypad.

A plug-and-play set up means fast installation and reduced commissioning time. Thanks to a cloud-based system, connecting to the indoor station or app is easy too by scanning a QR code.

If needed, you can integrate with a SIP server and expansion is easy by adding additional indoor or outdoor stations or integrating third-party cameras.

Totem

Need a free-standing solution? Both Prestige and Entry can be mounted with a Totem intercom station crafted from stainless steel or copper with a variety of standard or customised finishes. Optional extras including integrated letterboxes can also be added.

Commander

"An all-in-one device to welcome visitors, view external cameras and access apps."

This 10" indoor video intercom integrates natively with Fasttel products but can also integrate with third-party systems and apps. The Commander unit connects easily to Wi-Fi, automatically linking with Fasttel doorphones via the internet.

Choose to surface mount the Commander on the wall or use the free-standing copper base to place it in any room. With WiFi 6 technology it will always remain connected.

SIP and IP cameras can also be accessed using the Commander, as well as any apps from the Google Play store, including smart home apps, or entertainment and lifestyle apps such as Spotify or Sonos.

Fasttel App

Compatible with iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, the Fasttelphone app offers complete control from anywhere in the world. From the app home page it's possible to view any outdoor or indoor stations and communicate with them, view the photo library of visitors and anyone who has attempted to enter. If external surveillance cameras have been installed, these feeds can also be integrated and viewed in the app.

Set up

The app is easy to set up. Once the outdoor station is installed, simply scan the included QR code and the app is connected and ready to go. There is no requirement to set up an account or enter an email address.

Special features

With the Fasttelphone app it's possible to create permanent or temporary access codes to distribute to family, visitors and guests, or tradespeople. When the code is used the app will receive a notification and a photo.
