Setting up Archives on the Gira Homeserver for Graphing

When setting up the graphing on the Gira Homeserver using the Quadclient interface, the archives need to be set up to record at the right frequency to ensure values are displayed correctly for each of the time periods.

An archive is needed for each of the time periods below, but you can use an archive to record multiple values.

The objects being recorded in the archive need to be set to actively send their status on the bus with a frequency of 10 minutes.
