KNX IP Router 750
Description
The KNX IP Router forwards telegrams between different lines via LAN (IP) as a fast backbone. With it this device compensates the EIB/KNX line coupler. The KNX IP Router can also be used in ETS3 and ETS4 as a programming interface. There are two ways to assign an IP-address, get the IP-address from a DHCP-server or configure it with ETS (as ETS parameter). It has an external 12 V to 24 V Power Supply or can alternatively be powered via Power-over-Ethernet (IEEE 802.3f).
In addition this device is suited to connect a PC to the KNX network e.g. for ETS programming. The IP address can be obtained by a DHCP server or by manual configuration (ETS) respectively. This device works according to the KNXnet/IP specification using the core, the device management, the tunnelling and the routing part. The KNX IP Router 750 has a filter table and is able to buffer up to 150 telegrams.
