One of the most exciting releases at Light and Building 2016 was the GIRA's KNX RF Products. With recent changes to the KNX specification wireless products can now be integrated natively into a wired KNX installations. Considering KNX also works over IP, it is now possible to install a true mixture of wired, IP and wireless products in the same installations.

KNX RF Push Button Sensor

The Battery powered, keypads have a slim back profile so can be installed on any surface including Glass. With 2 or 6 buttons and status feedback, the KNX RF Keypad can be completed with any of the existing Push Sensor 3  finishes including inscribable rockers.

KNX RF Remote

The remote control with its user friendly design is battery operated and has two color LED's for transmission and status feedback.

Media Coupler

The KNX RF/TP Coupler introduces a KNX line into a project for wireless keypads or remotes. This means RF products can be fully integrated with any of the 10,00 existing KNX devices. It can also be used as a repeater to extend the range of KNX keypads and remotes. 

KNX RF USB Interface

When plugged into a PC the interface can be used to configure KNX RF products. If a media coupler is installed it can be used to commission the entire KNX system.
