Successful KNX Advanced Training

This month we ran another very successful KNX Advanced training week at Ivory Egg HQ, using our brand new and very smart kit.
We were pleased to welcome back past KNX trainees from Fine Arts Professional Systems Ltd, based in Essex, who completed their basic training a few years ago. Since then, they have been implementing KNX into their projects, building an expansive portfolio.

They came back to Ivory Egg to further their KNX expertise, putting them ahead of the competition. The KNX Advanced course follows on from the basic course covering; Couplers, ETS applications, failsafe planning, flags, HVAC, integrated applications, interworking, KNX and multimedia, KNX and smart metering, lights control, logic operations, security technology and visualisation. 

The advanced 5-day course is very intensive. To keep the environment as relaxed as possible, we offered informal lunches and pastries for breakfast, as well as an evening meal with representatives from manufacturers, Gira, providing a great opportunity for the trainees to relax after a hard day in the training room and discover more about some of the leading manufacturers. 

At the end of the course our newly certified KNX Advanced integrators were invited to give some feedback on how they found the course. One described the course as “very good”, exceeding their expectations and would not recommend any improvements. Another rated the course and materials excellent.
