What's New in your Ivory Egg Online Account?

We're always looking to find ways to make things easier and quicker for you, so here's where you'll find out more about the improvements we've made. To benefit from using these features you will need to have registered for an online account. If you don't have an online account register here.

Manage your addresses

Our latest update to your online account is the ability to better manage your delivery addresses.  

Address Book: You can now add a new address in your online account at any time. Once logged in, on your account home screen you will now see a tab called ‘My Addresses’.

By clicking and opening this tab you will now be able to see your billing address and any previously entered shipping addresses. 


There is now an option to add a new shipping address from this tab. When adding a new shipping address you can give an address a name. This feature helps you to differentiate between different projects or even different sites if you have multiple sites per project. 

You can also choose to mark this address as your default shipping address. 

Adding a new address when placing an order: During online checkout, you can choose a shipping address from your previously saved addresses, or you can add a new address to your address book. 

Here you have the option to save a new address when you enter it and the option to mark it as your default by using the checkboxes. 


Please note: The first time you checkout an order after this new change is live you will see a pop up to notify you that unless you select a different address, or enter a new address, orders will be automatically shipped to your default address. 

You can update your default address at any time by navigating to the ‘My Addresses’ tab, selecting the address you wish to make your default, and checking the ‘set default’ checkbox.

Bookmark your favourites

The latest feature to be added to our website is the bookmark feature. This enables you to add a bookmark to any of your favourite products - you'll see a little bookmark icon on the top right of any product tile. 

Simply click the bookmark icon and it turns green to show the bookmark has been added for that product. Click the bookmark icon again to remove a bookmark.

To make it easier to find your bookmarked products you can use the bookmark filter. At the moment this filter shows you bookmarked products for the category of products you are in, for example, wiring accessories. Keep your eyes peeled though as there are plans to make the new feature even more powerful.

Download your Price List

You've been asking for it so we made it happen! Now you can download a pricelist from your online account as an .xls file. For UK and European customers, you have the option to download in GBP or Euros. 

For customers in Australia or New Zealand, you will only be able to download in your own currency and will not see the currency selector dropdown.

Once you select a currency the file will automatically download and will appear in your downloads folder. Your price list will show the product name, brand, part number, retail price and your buy price inclusive of your discount. The price list download features all products that are published on our website.

How to download your price list

Copy, amend, and repeat an order

This new feature could be useful in so many scenarios. In your account, you can see all your past orders in a list. Simply click the 'Repeat Order' button next to the order you want to use. You'll then have the option to delete line items and update quantities as needed. 

Click 'add to cart' where you can then proceed to the checkout, or continue shopping and add additional items to your cart to continue to build this order.

If you wish to repeat an order that contains a discontinued item, this will be highlighted to you on the screen. Discontinued items will not be added to your cart.
