Making Space for Growth: Ivory Egg UK's New HQ


At Ivory Egg, we pride ourselves on providing great service — and we’re excited to share a major step forward in our continuous journey to put our customers at the heart of everything we do. This June, we’ve moved to a new facility at Churchill Park in Colwick, Nottingham. 

This move marks a significant milestone for us. The new premises are five times the size of our previous office, allowing us plenty of space to bring our warehousing and fulfilment operations back in-house  Moving into the biggest space we’ve ever occupied means we can offer everything under one roof. 

For our customers, this means more flexibility, and an even more personal level of service that reflects our values as a trusted distribution partner in the smart home and building control industry. 

Why now?  

As well as making room for future growth, one of the biggest deciding factors in the move was listening to feedback from our customers. We chose to partner with a third-party logistics provider back in 2022, with the plan that outsourcing the warehousing, stock fulfilment and shipping would give our team more time to focus on supporting our customers with sales and product specification.  

What we learned through this experience is that working with highly customisable and bespoke products, coupled with our customers' requirements, means there is a need for more hands-on service and flexibility that is better suited to an in-house operation.  

One of the immediate benefits of our new warehouse is that we now have a dedicated collection point, making it easier for customers in the local area to collect orders.   

Amongst the team we have decades of combined experience in warehousing, stock management and fulfilment, and we are excited to put this into action. 


More than just an office 

This isn’t just a change of address. Our new headquarters has been carefully selected to reflect our vision now, and for the future. In the fullness of time this new space will offer:  

  • A brand-new showroom – where installers, integrators, and partners can bring their clients to explore the latest in KNX and smart home technology. 
  • Meeting and collaboration spaces – giving us room to connect more closely with customers, suppliers, and the wider smart home community. 
  • A purpose-built training and seminar room – reinforcing our commitment to education and support, with a comfortable space for hands-on learning and product demonstrations. 

Our new headquarters will be fully operational as of the 23rd June, with a showroom and training space to follow. See our new address detailed below. 


A foundation for the future 

This new space sets the stage for future development, new initiatives, and even more ways to support our customers, whether that’s offering better stock availability, faster delivery, or deeper technical expertise.
