Why won't Gira Device Portal recognise S1 credentials?

When registering an S1 in the Gira Device Portal, the S1 needs to be powered and able to access the Device Portal. You cannot pre register the device.


If the S1 is powered and connected to the network then the cause may be incorrect network settings. Check out this article for more information.
